NematiCut Studio is organized around shots and sequences rather than isolated prompts. Each shot can carry its creative description, source footage, references, continuity targets, effect versions, repair passes and final timeline placement.
Creative brief
The project begins with the intended story beat, look and result. AI Director can expand that brief into practical shot instructions while preserving the original creative direction for later stages.
Source package
Recordings, uploaded plates, reference images, identity material, clean backgrounds, alternate takes and audio can be associated with the shot they belong to so the VFX stage knows exactly what material is available.
Effect state
Generated versions, masks, local edits, environment replacements, character transformations and repair attempts remain versioned instead of overwriting one another.
Continuity state
Approved appearance, wardrobe, props, environment treatment, lighting direction and recurring visual details can follow the project across separate shots.
Edit state
Approved shots return to the sequence with timing and revision history intact, allowing later changes without rebuilding the project from exported clips.

AI Director is concerned with what should happen in the scene and how it can be broken into shots. Capture Coach is concerned with whether the footage being recorded gives later effects enough information. VFX Studio is concerned with transformation, generation, compositing-style edits and repair. Identity & Continuity is concerned with preserving recurring people and scene details. Editor & Finishing is concerned with the finished sequence.
The important part is the handoff. A camera move planned by AI Director can become a Capture Coach instruction. The footage recorded from that instruction can be analyzed by VFX Studio. The identity reference approved in one shot can be reused in another. A repaired VFX result can return to the same place in the timeline without losing the source plate that created it.
